The Story of A Carpet

The Materials

The birth of a carpet starts with fibres which are either natural or man-made or a combination of the two. Natural fibres include materials such as New Zealand wool, Mohair, Bamboo silk etc. Fibres such as Nylon, and PET are man-made. Viscose is unique in the sense that it is a combination of both man-made & natural fibres

The Process

The selected fibers are spun into yarn. The Yarn is then dyed in hues as per requirement. The yarn either on its own or in combination with other materials is then used to make a carpet in the required size by a skilled craftsman. Next, comes a series of processes that turn the raw carpet into the final product that it is supposed to bloom into. Once the carpet is finally ready, it is packed with care to be dispatched to the customer.
